LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: I. Respond to questions by giving required information II. Listen and understand text of suitable length. III. Write an email regarding to communication issue. IV. Enable students to analyse noun and pronoun correctly.
PRE LESSON
1) Teacher introduces sing-along section. 2) Students have to guess the topic that they are going to learn.
3) Teacher shows students flash cards of modern and traditional communication devices and asks questions.
Questions: - What is this? - Where you can find this? - How people use this device?
Rationale of activity
To attract students attention before class begins. Prepare students about topic that they are going to learn. Give audio and visual stimulus to students. Songs are one method for achieving a weak affective filter and promoting language learning. Songs can develop the four skill areas of reading, writing, listening, and speaking (Saricoban and Metin,2000)
PLANNING ACTIVITY
An audio conversation between a grandma and her grandchild will be played to the children.
They need to complete the task given after listening to the conversation.

As the students listen to the conversation, they need to fill in a worksheet which is similar with e-mail form. The audio conversation will be played two times.

Remedial activity
Sample of activity: Students work in rows. The teacher tells the first student in the row a message and the student tells the back student the message. The students then pass the message along the row by whispering into the next students ear. In the end, the last student in the row will come up in front and write it on the blackboard.
