We have successfully executed numerous campaign build outs and window programs, including graphical executions, custom fixturing and POP UP retail campaigns. We have also built out entire retail environments, general contracting all trades, fabricating custom fixturing and providing a turnkey service. Tangram’s award winning trade show expertise spans the globe. Equally adept in the US, Europe, Asia or South America, Tangram has long specialized in managing our clients’ global brands at home and abroad. Tangram has served in roles from individual exhibit designer to general contractor for museums since 1995. Our experience with interactive displays and our ability to integrate complex systems into our displays has garnered both success and recognition within the industry. Acknowledged in Preston Bailey’s Design for Entertaining, twice named Best Party Planner by Westchester Magazine, and awarded four martinis by the Hollywood Reporter, Tangram has been providing a comprehensive decorating and production service for corporate, charitable and private events from Manhattan to the Cote D’Azur. While each project is unique, the process remains the same for the majority of our projects regardless of business channel. Tangram applies a robust, data driven process to every phase of every project. Proactive communication is the key to every successful project. After a process of brief extraction, the written brief is communicated back to the client for affirmation. Design intent is then communicated through visualization. After concept approval, the technical drawing phase is undertaken with another collaborative approval process before fabrication commences. Project estimation is a function of intent, material, and schedule considerations forming a unique triumvirate of image, quotation and published schedule to establish the parameters under which both parties agree to participate. Tangram’s estimation process is augmented by a database driven time and materials model that captures updated pricing on a monthly basis from suppliers, as well as a documented performance model from fifteen years of input based on similar and like projects.
