Parameter Optimization & Scenario

Power congestion improvement by doing several action point as below:

Modify UlTotalEqUserNum parameter on CAC-LDR to 200, as our objective to reduce

UL Power Congestion. Total of 333 cells list will be modified.
Power Upgrade to 44.8 or 46 dBm to reduce DL Power Congestion. Total of 33 cells list will be
modified.
Traffic sharing with 2G neighbor by modifies UCELLSELRESEL on idle and
UCELLINTERATHOCOV on dedicated mode. Total of 40 cells list will be modified. As temporary
solution rather than reduce PCPICHPower parameter.

Filter cell list with DL-UL Power Congestion either CS and PS > 1%
