To implement SS project, organizational structure has to be changed It has to be done through SS business strategy Initial change is forming the small groups to lead projects

Small groups of senior executives are formed by CEO to lead the SS project This group helps to remove the barriers in an organization In some of the companies this group is called steering committee or SS advisory board

BUilding the commitment to implement SS. Assisting the managers in implementing the changes in the organization. Working with a SS team to establish a planning and executing SS project.

INTRINSIC ENTHUSIASM- Motivating the employees to initiate the SS ORGANIZATIONAL CREDIBILITY- Employees to be respected GOAL ORIENTATION- Track the record of setting and achieving organizational goals

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS- Ability to present and discuss issues in the meeting NATURAL LEADERSHIP SKILLS- Individual must have the ability to gain the respect of others PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS- Plan, execute and manage

Training is the integral part of the six sigma implementation Through training they are going to learn and demonstrate the new skills efficiently The importance of training is to develop leadership quality

MASTER BLACK BELT Trainers who have already completed their black belt training. Experience in statistical tools to improve the quality or productivity Leadership and mentoring skills are also important for this role They coach black belt trainees to implement the SS project

This training prepares a managerial professionals to lead the SS projects. This four week training is delivered over a period of three to four months Main area which is covered is how to utilize DMAIC methodology In this training statistical tools techniques problem solving approaches are also provided They will be engaged to work in 100% SS project Under them there will be 3 to 5 green belts working

This is 8 to 10 days course delivered in 2 sessions of the month The focus is learning DMAIC approach and less tools than in the black belt Green belt will be working 10 to 50 percentage of their time for SS project They are supervised be black belts

The trainees should have the ability to demonstrate tools to the persons who have not attended the training Team effectiveness- Learn the characteristics of effective team Problem Solving and Decision Making- Ability to find the root cause and diagnose the cause Effective Communication- Identify action plans to improve ones communication effectiveness

This training is for the middle managers to support top leaders of organization It provides overview of SS and its tools and techniques It reinforce SS as a top-down business strategy(Leadership Quality) It clarifies the roles and responsibilities of champions to support the SS process
