Amado tools specializes in manufacturing in hi-precision

CNC machined components


Products which are exported are auto turned components ,

pillow block bearings, tapper roller bearings

They consist of 80 employees KSA are roll out to the employee at the starting Clients are Defense company which are secrets of the

Bonus is 8.33% of the wage Min Wage for an employee is 7000

employees with basic health care


Accident Fund is provided in case of any unfortunate

accident happens in the plant


Retirement age is 58 and the employees are provided

with pension after that

ANAS 9100/C Act


It is certificate which the Government of India gives It serves as eligibility criteria to serve the aeronautical parts to defense The clients which they serve do not accept the parts from the companies which do not have ANAS 9100 Certificate

Employment State Insurance Act


Every worker gets a ESI card with a unique number along

with his photo


In case of minor accidents they have protection in house

but in major cases employees are sent to ESI hospital


For that 2% of basic salary is cut and is deposited for ESI For family members also they have ESI facilities.
