IVRS (INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM)

In this data is recieved from one computer to another by user in form of voice. This can also be used to give information regarding public reservation, arrival/departure of trains and can be delivered to user by telephones. Each sections consist of computer called Data Entry Computer along with dial up/lease line modem to link computer of other offices either directly or through main server. Information related to running of trains is checked after every 15mins time duration.

DATA LOGGER
A data logger is any device that can be used to

store data.

Data Logger is a Data Acquisition System, which collects the information of any change of

status taking place in the position of the Relay.

The IR uses Datalogger,Delphi developed by Efftronics Pvt. Ltd.,Vijayawada. Kota Division uses services of Dataloggers since '98 .
