Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL), a Rs. 8500 crore company; is a 50:50 joint venture between two global corporations: The Adani Group, and The Wilmar International Limited of Singapore Together, the Adani Group and Wilmar Group have set up India's first port based refinery at Mundra, Gujarat. Today the Mundra refinery is one of India's largest and most sophisticated oil refineries. The company has production infrastructure across the country with a crushing capacity of over 6000 TPD (Tonnes per Day) and Refining capacity of over 5000 TPD The company also has packing operations at Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala With 80 branches, 5000 distributors catering to 1 million outlets, AWL's products reach to 20 million households across India Following the success in India, AWL introduced branded Edible oil to Middle-East and is now exporting its products to more than 19 countries in the Middle-East, South East Asia & East Africa.

Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Adani Agri Logistics Limited (AALL) which has entered into a service agreement with the Food Corporation of India It currently operates and maintains facilities for bulk handling and storage of food grains procured and handled by FCI for distribution AALL has invested close to Rs.700 Crores in the entire infrastructure. AALL has seven storage facilities in India, including Moga, Kaithal, Hooghly, Navi Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore and Bangalore. The total storage capacity of 5.5 Lac MT food grains is spread across these seven locations

Adani Gas is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Adani Enterprise Ltd (AEL) and was incorporated for setting up distribution network in various cities to supply natural gas to industrial, Commercial, Domestic and CNG Customers. Adani Gas has already set up a Gas Distribution Network in GUJARAT : Ahmedabad and Vadodara HARYANA : Faridabad Current status: 60 CNG stations; 90,000 domestic; 450 industrial and 600 commercial connections. Steel ring network of over 330 km and PE network of over 1,800 km Gas distribution for Industries, commercial establishments and residences in these cities has ushered in a new era of cost-efficient and environment friendly fuel. Adani Gas has received NOCs to develop City Gas Distribution networks to repeat the similar success stories in UTTAR PRADESH : Noida, Lucknow & Khurja, and RAJASTHAN : Udaipur and Jaipur.
