Assessment Engine
Assessment split between multiple pages. Each page has many questions and answers. User responses stored page by page. User can complete some or all of an assessment, save and return at a later date Set required pages and answer types such as float, int, date, email. Data validation and error checking in real-time before progressing onto other pages or completing the assessment.
JQuery UI tools such as sliders and information icons used throughout assessment for enhanced user experience

Individual pagination allows user to move through the assessment in non-sequential order. This also allow s triggering of questions and other pages based on user answers.

Assessment Scoring
After submitting an assessment scoring is calculated in real time providing instant results to the user. Scores are calculated by running answers through numerous PHP algorithms. Each scored item can provide user and trigger a recommended response. Multiple scored items per report section allow report segmentation and individual weighting.

Each scored item is assigned 1 or more demerits. This allows scoring based on users parameters based on some questions not being triggered.

Scoring is based on user answers. Each scored item can be triggered by one or multiple question/answer combinations.

Using a demerit based point system allows the optional use of the complementary merits based point system (users can implement actions to improve their score). This functionality allows us to NORMALISE scores and make relevant correct comparisons.

Assessment Reporting
Instant web based report allows users to see results on-the-fly. Using JQuery and HTML5 we are able to produce complex and flexible web based reports. User results can be split into many separate categories with each displaying their own scores, graphs, content and actions. Using the demerit and complementary merit point system users can implement actions to improve the category and overall assessment scores. Actions and merits are optional. Assessments can have a final or fluctuating score depending on requirements. Actions can form part of a tailored action plan for the user with the ability to export the actions to a CSV document.

Assessment Reporting
Assessment reports can be downloaded in a PDF document with corporate branding and graphs. User are scored using PHP converted into XML data allowing access to data from many different platforms. PDF reports generated in real time using XSL-FO allowing scoring and content to change based on actions implemented and accrued merits. XSL-FO accesses processed report data via XML source.

Auditing System
A complete online auditing system is part of the framework allowing seamless audits. If audit module is used, users are asked to upload supporting documentation e.g. photos or documentary evidence.

Audit system has both client facing interface and admin facing audit control panel. Audit control panel allows access to all client details incl. report, results and uploaded audit documentation. Audit control panel has CRM functionality: auditor can communicate with the user being audited.

There can be an unlimited or minimum number of audit items. Each answer can trigger one or many audit items.

Certificate & Logo Generation

Logo and certificate generation system allows issuing of downloadable images and certificates onthe-fly. Different certificates and images can be issued in real time based on user input and results.

Downloadable images are generated by converting PHP GD Library into a PNG format.

Certificates are generated using Apache Fop and XSL-FO resulting in a print-ready PDF document.

Email Communications
User engagement and communication provided in the admin system as an on demand CRM incl. scheduled, automated emails. Admin based CRM with built-in WYSIWYG HTML editor and selection of email templates.
Automated scheduled emails via CRON jobs and SQL. Automated emails use predefined filters, email templates and user data to provide tailored communication.
