El trabajo en equipo no es sencillo y se deben enfrentar conflictos frecuentemente. No es suficiente con que un lder elogie el trabajo de su equipo, debe demostrar con sus acciones y actitudes que cree y confa en ellos. Para un lder resulta ms fcil y rpido tomar decisiones unilaterales, pero si su objetivo es crear un equipo eficiente y productivo debe ser consecuente y hacerlos participes, ya que es un excelente factor de motivacin.

Conclusiones
En un equipo de trabajo, la comunicacin debe ser fluida, espontanea, natural y los sentimientos deben expresarse con respecto. Este es el atributo que ms debe ser trabajado por el lder dentro de su equipo, ya que los patrones de comunicacin influirn directamente en la consecucin de grandes resultados

Con el fin de explorar un poco acerca del trabajo en equipo, proponemos efectuar una actividad guiada en donde se seleccionaron dos grupos de 6 personas y a su vez este se dividirn en dos subgrupos (directores e implementadores), donde el objetivo ser estructurar una figura geomtrica con 7 piezas

Directors Team Your mission is to define a strategy to achieve a geometric figure trough the implementers team. Time: 3 Minutes Rules: During the design phase you can show but you must never share or set your pieces with the rest of the team All the pieces must be used in the design, at the end, no piece must left over

You will have another 3 minutes to give instructions to the implementers team the way to achieve the figure. IMPORTANT: Once the implementers have started, the directors team can watch but cannot talk Implementers Team You must follow the instructions given by the Director
