To facilitate the preparation of the TDS, its
clauses are numbered with the same
numbers as those corresponding to ITT

shall be left blank unless otherwise not

ITT 33.2 The Tender Validity period shall be 90 days.

ITT 35.2 The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk 350,000/00
in favour of Director Accounts, Capacity Development
Project, Dhaka
[for more than one lot in a package, the Tender Security for

three(3) percent of the official estimated cost for each lot in all

17.1 The effectiveness conditions are the following:
The Contract shall be effective from the date the Consultant receives the
Advance Payment

there are no effectiveness conditions, then state so above]
