Look also for quality of signal:
Avoid double peaks from RPE / ILM)!!!
Axial length measurement succeeded.

While the system is internally calculating the axial length from
the interference signal, it automatically analyzes the SNR.

A traffic light indicates the status of the
system adjustment to the patients eye:
System out of focus
Adjust instrument head distance to patients eye.
All 6 spots should be clearly visible.


System near the best focus position.
Fine tune distance to patients eye.
All 6 spots should be clearly visible and in focus.

System in best focus position.
Ask patient to blink and perform keratometry
measurements. Three measurements are required.
