Control Console Unit (CCU)
This system has the provision of fully redundant console unit.
CCU provides complete control and data entry.
Works in redundant with another system for changeover at failures.
Continuous data synchronization between two console units
through LAN link
Provided with voice recording and voice playback facility for PC
announcement.
Equipped with hardware and software for taking data from various
Train Information systems.
Video out for CCTV information system.
Communicates with each system placed in the station.

Data Communication HUB
Routes the signals coming from either of the two Control
Console Units to the destinations namely Train
arrival/departure display boards, Coach guidance display
boards.
Checks the integrity of packets and drops corrupted packet
from transmission.
Checks the link with each system and passes the status to CCU.
LED indications for communication health status.
Is of multiport serial communication with all ports are of
optically isolated communication.

Data Communication HUB
The serial port connection to the coach guidance is of daisy chain.
It will poll CGDBs at regular intervals for status.
Even in case of failure of one unit, the communication to others is not
affected.
The connectors are mate-able to extend the communication link in
case of repair or removal.
Diagnostic routines are provided to operator to know the faulty ports.
Both MDCH and PDCH are interchangeable.

Multiline Display Boards
Multiline display board displays train number, name of
train, expected arrival/departure time and platform
number for multiple trains at a time. The multiline
display boards are placed at the main entrance/
concourse of the station.

Platform Display Board:

Platform display board displays train number, name
of the train, expected time of arrival/departure and
platform number. The platform display board
displays the information of the train scheduled to
arrive/depart from at that time. Platform display
boards are located at suitable places on platforms/
foot-over bridges.

At a glance display boards:

At-a-glance display board with coach guidance
provided at entry of platform/ foot over bridge to
indicate the details of train arriving/departing on
that platform along with coach composition of
train.

Coach Guidance Display Board

CGDB provided on the platform for displaying
coach position of the train, in revision 3.0 of the
spec. colour of LED has been changed to white
based on feedback from Rly.

CCTV Monitors

The CCTV monitors display the train information
similar to that displayed by a multiline display board.
The CCTV monitors provided in the enquiry offices,
waiting rooms or at any suitable place decided by the
user.
