Hi Manager(customer site)

As I have been informed by these 2 users on 12 nov that they didnt have back ups
to pass clearing entries. Then I approached to Christina. I also appreciate her help
but I didnt know whether she was taken confirmation from Nancy or not regarding
receipt of her backups.
Because when I was not getting any response from Nancy even after leaving many
voice mails. I escalated this to her Manager on 12
th
at about 4.15 p.m. of US time.
He told me that Nancy is in training this afternoon and also they havent receive
enough backups (faxes) from Christina to clear these items. John also know about
2 items because he was in the loop of our communications. And after this, I tried to
get in touch with Christina but she might not be at her place. And 12
th
was the last
day for submission of May recs.
Please let me know if you have any question.
Thanks and Regards
