Utilizing Shotcrete and Gunite for

Infrastructure Rehabilitation
Shotcrete/Gunite
Pneumatically applied mixture of
cement, aggregate, and water
conveyed through a hose and
projected at high velocity onto
the application surface.
Bridges / Dams

Retaining Walls
Scope Stabilization
Shotcrete in which all of the ingredients, except
accelerator, are mixed before introduction into
the delivery hose.
Definition of Wet Mix Shotcrete
Accelerator, if used, is added to the shotcrete
mixture at the nozzle in such a way that the
quantity can be properly regulated and
monitored.
Shotcrete (Wet Mix)
Pre mix blend of dry cement and aggregate is
propelled through a hose by compressed air to
a nozzle.
Gunite Equipment

Dry Mix: Water is added to the cement/aggregate
mixture at the nozzle and the mixed ingredients are
projected onto the application surface.
Accelerators can be added at
the nozzle when required.
Fibers (Steel or Poly) can also be
used.
