gender, caste and religion basis, child abuse,
corporal punishment of children, harassment,
atrocity, conflict of interest etc. at the NGO
level as well as at the operational field level.

Challenges

At partner level
Many time project staff unintentionally have
prejudices about certain group and community
which get reflect in their communication
Hidden discriminations are not accepted by
teachers or school , its very difficult to collect
evidences
Many times resolving these issues creates a
conflicting situation in the village which is difficult
to handle

Due to social pressure sometime parents are
reluctant to the change in the situation (girls
education)

So far NEG-FIRE has worked as per the emerging
situation/ problem without any concreate road
map to achieve social inclusion in their projects.
There is a need for concreate strategy.
