Hospital expansion called for 1500kW of back up power

The engineer specified & designed a Generac MPS solution utilizing a 3 x 500kW diesel generator
package paired with thirteen transfer switches: (4 Life Safety, 4 Critical, 4 Optional, 1 Fire Pump)

The design also called for fuel storage capacity enabling proper run time per accreditation
requirements for healthcare facilities, thus the use of an oversized single tank option providing the
proper solution in the available footprint

The system provides built in N+2 redundancy and assures economical maintenance costs
