LABOR INCENTIVE
The incentives also called reward. This
reward is given to motivate each of the
members in the organization to make them
perform in the best rank and giving the
best quality of effort.
The following is the incentive given to each of them:

Wages and salary
The company will pay wages and salary as stated in the
employment contract. The payment will be given monthly at the
end of every month. The wages and salary are usually paid in
cash but also can be debited to the employees account. The
rate of the wages and salary are determined based on the
workers qualification and experience.

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and Social Security
Organization (SOCSO)
Employer and employees will have to contribute 13% to EPF.
Meanwhile, the management employees will receive SOCSO,
2% from their basic salary.

Bonus
Bonus will be given to all management and employees
according to the profit that earn. It will be given once a year.


Working hours

K-Salon will operate their business from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m.
starting from Monday to Sunday. We will not operate on these
holidays such as Hari Raya Adilfitri,Hari Raya Aidiladha,Gawai
Dayak Celebration And Hari Krismas.

Sick leave and medical expenses

Certificate to approve sickness must be obtained from registered
medical practioners. If the employee is hospitalized, he or she is
entitled to have not more than 25 days of sick leave in a year, and
wages will still be paid. Medical expenses will also be given to the
employee. However, if the employee takes leaves up to more than
25 days, his or her wages will not be paid.

Holiday and leave

All workers will be given a holiday scheme of which they are
qualified to take holiday not more than seven days in a year. in
terms of leave, all workers can take leave up to a maximum of five
days in a year.

Insurance
Insurance are given to partnership members ,the building and the
workers need insurance.

Allowances
All partnership who works overtime will be paid allowance according
to the hours of overtime.
