Brief History of

Tiki Beach
Resort
A man with vision and passion of his work, Mike
Condon who has been travelled around the world
staying in a wide variety of beach resort from tropical
thatch roof beach huts to five star hotel
accommodations realized to have his owned resort
to be a placed for his vacation with family, relatives
and friends during holidays.

With his determination to find a place that he
will develop into a resort from his desire to trade the
hustle and bustle of the city life for exotic tropical and
seas and the carefree island lifestyle, he found the
place he was looking for which located in Samal
Island in Davao, Philippines which he called Tiki
Beach Resort named after whimsical Tiki. In this
place, the buildings were designed and constructed
to fit the scenery. No trees were cut or vegetation
was disturbed for the cottages to nestle among
swaying coconut palms and lush tropical gardens in
order to leave things in a very natural state.

Tiki Beach Resort was established for
private. However, due to the unique nature of
the place the owners want to share with a select
few of their creation. The resort has been
registered with the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) as a business tradename of Tiki
Yacht Sales Corporation, to have it open for
business to entertain families, friends and serve
the visitors from any part of the country and the
world to experience complete relaxation as the
ocean breeze cools them while the gentle
waves tickle at their feet. Visitors are welcome to
stay a while at this fantasy island oasis where all
the dreams will come true at least during their
