Successes & Challenges

Lisa, I cannot thank you enough (and my GPA
thanks you <grin>)

Thank you my new best friend, LOL. Will be
sure to let you know the grade and comments...
You are AWESOME! Thanks for all your help!

Successes & Challenges

I want to commend Brooks, he answered my question
very professionally at 3 in the morning Students at
CCC are very fortunate to have this service at their
fingertips.
Don, help! How does a student access
the on-line tutoring for math help?

Successes & Challenges

Successes & Challenges

What doesnt work so well is that the instructors
dont use the online feature in any assignments.
If the students are not made to use the service,
they may be more reluctant to check it out.

I have noticed an increase in emails ever since the

announcement of online registration (webadvisor).
This may encourage students to transition to
seeking out online services, in addition to classes.

Successes & Challenges

Because who can predict the future? Who knows when
I will have an increase in traffic and usage. We're still in
the infancy of online everything. It will take awhile for
students to get used to the idea of online services. Let
them get used to online classes first. That's still in the
early stages.
Plus, eventually students will realize that webcam,
email, or IM is cheaper than a long distance phone call.
