• Verbal communication means with the use
of words.

Written.
• Oral communication means saying your
message with the use of words. It means
transmission of ideas with the mouth.

• It is the best tool to pass on information as


it brings clarity and responsibility on the
sender.

Man does not communicate through words
alone, or through writing, speaking.
There is another aspect non word.

• It means use of body language, postures,
gestures etc.

• Para means “like”. Like language
• Paralinguistic is the systematic study of

Proxemics or Space Language
• Non verbal communication includes not
only body language but also space, time ,
physical environment around us.

• Proxemics is the study of how we


communicate with the space around us.
