Sampel
The gross sample consisted of 200 (100 beginning
and 100 experienced) teachers from 10 private and
10 government secondary schools.
Scale
Actual supervision: Likert scale with (1) never, (2) seldom,
(3) occasionally, (4) often, and (5) always as the scale.
Attitudes toward supervision, supervision and professional
development scales: (1) strongly disagree, through (3)
neutral to (5) strongly agree.
Satisfaction with supervision scale: (1) not at all satisfied
through (3) neutral to (5) highly satisfied.
