El objetivo es cambiar el modo en que el paciente se relaciona con
los pensamientos ms que el contenido de stos
Prctica de Mindfulness
Empieza con la consciencia de la respiracin o el cuerpo como
vehculo y anclaje, expandiendo la conciencia al exterior permitiendo
el fluir de los objetos de la experiencia (sensaciones,imgenes,
pensamientos, emociones)
Cuestiones a evaluar:
Qu es importante para el paciente?
En qu medida conduce su vida de acuerdo con sus valores?
Intervencin:
Proceder con la EPR del modo usual (jerarqua, iniciar por tem
moderado, modelado, etc.)

Conclusiones
La prctica de mindfulness puede integrarse en los
tratamientos eficaces del TOC de forma que facilite la
aplicacin de EPR, que es la piedra angular del
tratamiento.
