First year coach at a 5 year old school


with 3 previous head coaches:
Varsity Teams had won 8 games in 5
years!!

BUILDING TOUGHNESS

Players were not serious about football.


*Laughed off a bad play.
*Players did not want to compete.

Had a lot of marshmallows


and jellybeans on the team
and needed more rocks!!
