How do you stay healthy? You


need to eat well, exercise, have
a healthy and stay clean. If you
are healthy, you feel good and
can do all the things you want.

Here are some ways on how to stay


healthy:
1. Eat a variety of foods, especially
fruits and vegetable.
2. Drink water and milk often and drink
very little sugary drinks.
3. Stop eating when you are almost full.
4. Do not watch too much TV.
5. Do not play the video games too
much.
6. Be active and exercise.

Healthy food can be divided into four groups.


They are CARBOHYDRATE, VITAMIN, PROTEIN and
FAT.
We get energy from foods with a lot of
CARBOHYDRATE and FAT.
CARBOHYDRATE are found in starchy foods like
rice, bread and noodles.
VITAMIN can protect our body so that we do not
fall sick.
Fruits and vegetables are VITAMIN sources to our
body.
PROTEIN are important especially for young and
growing children. It helps us to grow.
Foods that gives us PROTEIN come from animals.
