INTRODUCTION
FITNESS CLUB MANAGEMENT

The Pioneer Fitness Centre was founded in 2005 . The centre was started for the
local people of nearby society . It was the only the power gym in that area
which provides modern equipments. The club provides
various facilities such as Swimming, Cardio, Steam & Gymnasium. It also provide
four to five trainer for each facilites, working at
different shift. Various schemes are provided by the club according to members
requirement.The Fitness Centre also provide facilities
such as Weight Loss ,Weight Gain & Perseonal Training

DEFINING THE PROBLEM

It was difficult to maintain the records of each and every member manually.
The admission process was time consuming.
Manual work can cause human error.
Maintaining records of various facilities used by a particular member was
difficult.
Handling of files & paper was difficult and their was chance of misplacing it.

ANTICIPATED BENEFITS
The database of each member will be maintained systematically.
It will keep the track records of various facilities used by a particular member.
The admission procedure will be faster and receipt will be generated instantly.
It will maintain attendance of staff members.

CONCLUSION
The quality and reliability of the software depends on the result of phasaes
in the
system development .The software quality includes the
modularity, good documentation, user friendliness, maintainability etc,
The software reliability depends on the less chances of failure and enhancement
in
the system even in stressed situations
As far as my developed system is concerned; we have tried to make the system
as
user friendly as possible where a layman can handle the
system very comfortably.
During detail design, the system is designed into modules so it is easy to
understand
and helpful to the management.

The Bibliography contains reference to all the documents that were referred for the
creation and successful completion of the project.
