Introduction
The data collection was conducted on 9th July,2013 for
the post-optimization
The test was an optimization check
The drive test covers FIRS (Federal Inland Revenue
Service) Zone 5 HQ Abuja
Drive test procedure involves two mobile stations; MS1
initiating short calls and MS2 initiating long calls.

area. The quality is still averagely okay and
better after optimization.
