CONCLUSION
The modern society encourage people to be more
creative than in previous times, Millennials fit with
this characteristic and dont feel fear of the
fracase. Nowadays, they open new opportunities
of business that the society needs daily.
Finally, Millenials are changing the world and they
continue surprising us with new ideas but I think
that we must not forget the experience of Baby
Boomers and Generation X people that opened us
the opportunity to change the world. We have to
feel responsible for the continuity of this
movement.
