Executive Summary
A centralized facility with common services to allow validation,
training, staging, proof-of-concept, practice development under
the same roof, for a better ROI on equipment usage and synergy
between practices and business units.
Consolidation of different lab silos started in 2006.
Completed in 2011 with 42 consolidated labs and demo centers
across Canada, to better support Sales, CSE, PS, MS, IS, Xwave
and some more.
