Hire4BPO is the staffing and training wing of Souvenir Global
Outsourcing Network working exclusively for BPOs. Our
bouquet of full-fledged staffing and training solutions has
several aspects which takes care of all your worries and offer
complete peace of mind in terms of hiring the right candidate
for the job.
The company is managed along professional lines with an
emphasis on business planning/growth through goal directed
actions driven by the most prudent forecasting, the right

Quality Of Service
At Hire4BPO, the emphasis is on working closely

Charges & Payment Terms


8.33% of the annual gross CTC for Entry
Level.
10% of the annual gross CTC for Mid
Management Level.
12.5% Of the annual gross CTC for Senior
Management Level.

Terms of Agreement
Hire4BPO Obligation
Ensure accurate flow of information to the candidates about the client
Mapping of the clients requirement to identify the right resource.
and vice-versa.
Provide carefully short listed profiles to the client for consideration and
subsequent interview.
Co-ordinate between candidates and the client for getting the requisite
interviews conducted.
Assist the client in finalizing the right candidate and facilitate the final
recruitment.
In the event of the appointed candidate leaving the services within 3 months
of joining, Leap Ahead undertakes to provide a replacement free of charges.

Clients Obligation
Provision of a detailed job description.
Provide true and accurate information regarding itself.
Maintain the requisite confidentiality of the profiles provided.
Inform Leap Ahead promptly on appointing a candidate referred.
In the event of recruiting a candidate whose profile was supplied by Leap
Ahead, within a period of one year, the client shall abide by the terms of this
agreement.
Clearance of the service Fee Invoice, within a period of 15 days, of the joining
of the selected candidates.
