Percentage

Fixed - Rate
Percentage leases lease based on a __ of sales.

Fixed Rate Leases


Fixed Rate Leases - used by community and

Graduated Lease - a variation of the fixed rate

- Rent increases by a fixed amount over a specified
period of time.
