About the Author

Syeikh Al-Allamah Dr. Husain Al-Musawi
He was a familiar name among the Shi'ahs.
He was a great scholar of the Shi'ahs who was born in
Karbala and studied in Hauzah until he got the title
mujtahid.
His teacher is the great scholar of Shiah Ayatollah Kashif AlGhita.
He had a special position in the sight of Imam Ayatullah
Khomeini.
After going through a long spiritual journey, he finally left
Shi'ah, because he found so many deviations and errors in it.
*Hauzah is academic institution of mazhab Syiah

He said :

I studied themadzhabof Ahlul-Bait, but on the other

hand I have found reproach and attacks against the
Ahlul-Bait
I learned about the issues ofShari'ahto worship Allah,
but in it werenas(texts) which showkufragainst Allah
SWT."O Allah, what am I studying? Is it possible that all
this is the true madzhab of Ahlul-Bait?"
When he was asked to his teacher about his doubtfulness, his teacher
said :
Put away doubts from yourself because you are the follower of Ahli Bait
and Ahli Bait are the followers of Prophet Muhammad. Then Prophet
Muhammad received the revelation from Allah.
He read many books and start to search the truth. After he finished the study
from Hauzah, and got the title mujtahid, he was decided to left Shiah and
wrote this book.
At last, he was killed.

Shiah view on the Author :

Shiah argued that Syeikh Husain AlMusawi actually did not exist.
Ahlu Sunni tried to condemn Shiah by
using this name and wrote this book.
Syeikh Husain Al-Musawis teacher,
Ayatollah Kashif Al-Ghita and another
scholars of Shiah declared that they never
knew Syeikh Husain Al-Musawi and never
give any degree mujtahid to him.

Issues of Abdullah bin Saba

Shiah deny the existence of Abdullah bin Saba
Said that only the fiction of Ahlu Sunni to condemn Shiah.

Ahli Sunni view

Abdullah bin Saba was exist. He was a Jew from Yemen.

Pretending converted to Islam at the time of Caliph
'Uthman.
He says to caliph Ali radiallahu' anhu that: "You are my
God." Ali then allow to kill Abdullah bin Saba but forbidden
by Ibn Abbas. The supporters of Ali then exile him to
Madain (old Iranian State Capital).
Abdullah bin Saba 'was the first who apostatise the Abu
Bakr,' Umar and 'Uthman, and does not recognize the
Caliphate but only from among the members of the Ahlu
Bait.

Mutah

Nikah mut'ahhas been practiced in the ugliest forms to fulfill

their lusts in the name of religion.
They have broughtriwaayahs that give motivations to
domut'ah,setting and detailing its rewards, as well as
punishments on those who do not do it.
In fact those who do not practicemut'ahare
consideredkafir. As Saduq narrated from As Sadiq, he said:

"Indeed, mut'ah is my religion and the religion of my father. Whoever

denies it, it means he is denying our religion and having the aqeedah of

Rasulullah was even brought in, such as written
in Man La Yahdhuruhu Al Faqih, 3/366
,"Whoever does mut'ah with a woman, he will be safe from the wrath of
Allah, the Compeller. Whoever does mut'ah two time, he shall be gathered
together with the people of goodness. Whoever does mut'ah three times,
he will be side by side with me in paradise.

KHUMUS
KHUMUS

is one-fifth of the property that

comes from their livelihood which must be
paid by the Shi'ahs.
It is something that is being exploited in a
manner that is very worse by the fiqh
experts and mujtahids.
whereas the nas of the Shari'ah show that
the shiite are exempted from the obligation
of paying one-fifth of the property.

Paying khumus is an obligation in shiah

Khumus was belonged to Imam Ghaib. As a results, 20
persons declared themselves as Imam Ghaib.
The wealth/properties must be planted, until Imam Ghaib
return.
The authorized people in shiiesm were appointed to manage
khumus; distribution of wealth. Who are the authorized
people? They keep fighting to be the representative.
The properties should be given to Fuqaha mazhab. So they
will distribute to the people who deserve to receive the
wealth. (other problems emerged).
At last, Khumus was given to Fuqaha and Mujtahid. They
take for granted with this opportunity. It becomes the main
livelihood and revenues of the personages and mujtahids in a
very large amount. Eg: Imam Khomein

mentioned in surah Al-nahl : Know that

whatever of a thing you acquire (ghanimtum), a
fifth of it is for Allah, for the Messenger, for the
near relative, and the orphans and the needy
and they way farer ..... (Quran 8:41)
Khums is paid on all items regarded as ghanima.
There are differing legal traditions within Islam
about what constitutes ghanima, and thus how
far-reaching khums should be.
In certain Shia traditions ghanima is defined as
the year's profit, including all net income and
wealth left over at the end of a year.

 In

Sunni tradition, ghanim is defined as

the spoils of war, and the tradition of
paying khums has lapsed. However,
Sunnis pay Zakat, which involves a onefortieth taxation of total wealth
The practice of shiah in the way they
practised khumus totally contradict with
Quranic approach.

Other sacred scriptures

Shiites

proclaimed that there are other scriptures revealed

to Muhammad besides Quran. Those books are Al-Jami'ah,
Sahifah An Namus, Sahifah Al-Abithah, Sahifah Dzuabah
As-Saif, Sahifah Ali, Al-Jufr, Mushaf Fatimah, Al- Qur'an.
And the Qur'an is fake because it has been altered by the
followers Ahl Sunnah.
A thousand riwaayahs which stated that there has occurred
alterations. ulama's of Shi'ah openly stated that the Qur'an
that is in the hands of mankind today has been changed
from the original.
Indeed, the most curious and surprising thing is that, all of
these books had been handed down from Allah and
dedicated to Imam Ali and the imams after him but they
are all hidden from the ummah. If Imam Ali really had
those books, why he hided it??

SHIITE PERCEPTIONS
TOWARD AHL SUNNAH
All the followers of sunni are considered as
their enemy.
-sunni was called as Al-Ammah and nawasib.
Followers of Sunni are equalized to najis
(profane, filth, dirt), kafir, musyrik, and
pigs.
Shiite inculcate the feeling of hatred,
enmity, and antagonism toward sunni.
Eg: action did by his (author) father.

As narrated by Hussain bin Khalid in his book

entitled Fusul al-Muhimmah: page: 225:
pengikut-pengikut shiah adalah golongan
yang menyerahkn jiwa raga kepada kami,
menerima pandangan kami, dan menyalahi
pendapat musuh kami. Sesiapa tidak
melakukan sedemikian maka mereka
bukanlah termasuk daripada golongan kami.

exercise/perform on what

According to Al-Hur al-Alimi in his book entitled
Wasail Syiah :
Demi Allah, tiada terdapat suatu perkara pun
yang kamu lakukan bersamaan dengan alhi
sunnah. Begitu juga dengan mereka, tiada
terdapat suatu apa pun yang bersepakat
dengan kita. Maka bertentangan lah mereka
kerana apa yang mereka lakukan bukan
daripada agama.

Al-Jazairi in his book entitled anwar aljazairiyah page 278 :

sesungguhnya kita tidak akan sepakat dengan

mereka golongan sunni sama ada pada tuhan,
nabi dan imam. Ini kerana mereka mengatakan
bahawa tuhan mereka menjadikan Muhammad
sebagai Nabi dan khlifah selepasnya adalah
Abu Bakar. Kita tidak pernah menyebut tuhan
sebegitu juga tiada nabi sebegitu.
