WHAT IS ROAMING?
When you are at home, you
are using the cellular
stations of your wireless
operator to make and receive
calls.
In a foreign country your wireless operator
doesn’t own Cellular stations to provide you with

HOW DOES SUPERSIM PLUS

The default CALLBACK NUMBER is SuperSim’s phone number. All
outgoing calls to the DESTINATION NUMBER will be connected to
CALLBACK NUMBER .

HOW DOES SUPERSIM CONCIERGE WORKS?
Step 1A. SuperSim switch receives the DESTINATION NUMBER,
HOTEL NUMBER and your ROOM NUMBER. Now all outgoing calls
to the DESTINATION NUMBER will be connected to your hotel
room .

HOW DOES SUPERSIM TRIGGER SERVICE WORKS?

SuperSIM works with USSD signaling for triggering a “Call Party A and
then Call Party B and then Connect the 2 Parties” operation for call
making a call. The Connection or bridging of the 2 legs of a Call is made
in Ecocarrier’s Service Platform to enable a telephone conversation.

In “Call Party A and then Call Party B and then Connect the 2 Parties”
mode of operation, the Party A may be the telephone number of a local
fixed line telephone (as in the case of a hotel room phone) or a local SIM
in a dual-SIM mobile handset and the Party B is the Destination Number
(i.e. the telephone number of the party to be called). Note that receiving
a call with a local SIM in most countries is FREE and receiving calls with
a fixed line telephone is FREE in all countries.
HOW DOES SUPERSIM TRIGGER SERVICE WORKS?
Step 1A. SuperSim switch receives the DESTINATION NUMBER and the
new CALLBACK NUMBER. Now all outgoing calls to the DESTINATION
NUMBER will be connected to the new CALLBACK NUMBER .
