May 2003. The Firm Eulalio J. Minerva & Co. CPAs was
formally organized as a general professional
partnership for the purpose of carrying on the
practice of accountancy in the Philippines with Mr.
Elmer P. Minerva and the late Eulalio J. Minerva as the
Managing Partner and Senior Partner, respectively.
Both had substantial years and meaningful
experience in public practice prior to 2003.
Completing the partnership are the other members of
the family who are likewise licensed professionals in
the field of accountancy namely: Edwin P. Minerva,
Edmund P. Minerva, and Mae Cora L. Minerva.
Minerva & Company, CPAs principal office started at
the Baseline Complex, Juana Osmea Street, Cebu
City and had only two staff auditors then.

Although the Firm is relatively young,

the experiences and exposures of the
individual partners in the fields of
audit, corporate finance, taxation and
management services are deemed
extensive, rich, and highly impressive.
To cope up with the competition, series
of realignments and streamlining of
functions were made by the
partnership thereby giving the other
partners more involvements in the
affairs of the Firm.

January 2005.Business operation was relocated

to a bigger office space at Elms Arcade, N.
Bacalso Avenue, Mambaling, Cebu City. Its
clientele blossoms to an impressive number
while the quality of service continued to be well
appreciated. To date, the Firm has gradually
made a name in particular segment of the
industry.

In October 2005, the firms co-founder and

Senior-Partner, Eulalio J. Minerva, passed away.
He was a big loss to the firm, to his family. But
never to be deterred, the remaining partners
continued what has been started. The Firm
continued to reap success.

This has led to the alteration of the original partnership

and the creation of the new firm, Minerva & Company,
Certified Public Accountants with Elmer P. Minerva as
the Managing Partner.
Rebecca O. Torres, an Associate who joined the original
partnership in 2005 was later on admitted as Partner of
the firm.
