 Wireless in Local Loop-Connects customers to PSTN using radio

frequency signals as a substitute for conventional wires.

 CALL CENTRE is the section which deals
with the diverse problems and queries of the
customers.
 Learns how to patiently listen to customers
and how to efficiently solve their
complications.

Information,Bill enquiry,Meter
reading,Registering complaint regarding
Broadband,Internet,Mobile,Bills.Booking of
NTC,request of shifting & restoration.

 E10B System is a Large Size Multi Service Digital
Electronic Switching System based on Time
Division Switching of Digital Signals.
 Capacity is 45,000 Connections.

 Parts were-MR,TR,TX,BT,MQ,ETA.

 Facilities provided were-Short code dialing,Call

transfer,Conference calls,Alarm Calls.

 MDF link between the exchange indoor and the

exchange outdoor.
 Have two sides- Line Side,Exchange side.

 Power Plant- convert AC to DC.
 Three supply options-

 AC main,Battery set,Engine alternator.

 GSM- network divided into four main parts.

 1.Mobile Station.(MS)

 2.Base Station Subsystem.(BSS)

 Notted the complains regarding broadband, mobiles.

 Knowledge of working of different section of exchange.

 Practical knowledge of GSM.
 CONCLUSION

 OBSERVED:
 Working is too slow as workers are too slow.

 Labours were less skilled or not knowledgeable.

 New technologies are provided but they are not using

those ,as being familiar with old one.

 Less bother about job .No work timing being followed.

 Less knowledge about new technologies like GSM,GPRS,3G

etc.
