Theories used

Maslows need theory:- In order to be competitive and

grow in the market there is a need for robots. This is
the need of the company but the organsiation works as
a whole.
Hezbergs intrinsic theory:- Workers would be less
mentally retarded and can work more smartly which
will give them sense of satisafaction from work and act
as a motivating factor for them.
Victor vrooms expectancy theory :- With the growth
of work and organisation the profit figures will increase.
This in turn can be good in terms of bonuses distributed
to the workers. Their performance will be rewarded
more which in turn will be a motivating factor for them.

Aldefers ERG theory :- With the installation of robots

safety of the workers working on site with the heavy
machinery will increase which in turn will act as a motivation
to work with more ease and relaxation.
Acquired needs theory :- Take Honda and Toyota growing
day by day. Capturing the market as a giant player. Does
our workers dont want to be achieve such position ? Dont
you all fell that your company should be among those big
players in the market? . We all need to work as a whole
and with the changing environment we need to develop a
sense of belongingness for the organisation and work for
organisational goals.

Compensation in terms of termination bonuses would be

provided to workers, revaluation of workers would be done.
Their job would be reassessed, revaluated and taken into
consideration.
The labor union leaders would be dealt with due care and
techniques that a positive image is being built in their mind
for the use of robots. For this a special interaction cell of
three to four people can be placed among the laborers to
develop a sense of positivity among them for adoption of
robots.
