Its an aim a purpose.. an objective
Its more than a dream Its a dream being acted
upon

Why Goals?
It gives us focus.
It helps us in accomplishing more do more, have
more and be more
It helps us in harnessing our power.
It helps us in increasing our confidence, energy and
enthusiasm.
It helps us to be in charge.
It helps us transcend our current realities.
It provides automatic instrumentation, which keeps
us on course.
It helps us to live longer.

Lack of understanding of the effectiveness of goalsetting principles.
Lack of knowledge on how to set goals and achieve
them.
Fear of what others might say if I fail to achieve my
