Very helpful is an infra-red spectrum analysis, especially when the reference


spectrum of fresh oil is available for comparison.
To ensure the correct oil quality and to have the reference of fresh oil Pfeiffer
takes oil samples during commissioning of mill.
Regular analysis of roller oil is stipulated in the manual.
