The most of the employees working in the department have more than 3
years experience in their related field, but advanced practices and policies
are required for improving the productivity of human resources.

The employees have not been informed effectively about the HR practices
of the organization, means they were not aware of all the HR practices in
short times in because of being new in the organization.

The extent of overall employee satisfaction in the organization is low due

to some financial and economic problems.


More than fifty percent of the employees are not more satisfied than their
expectations with the current compensation of HR practices.

There must be ongoing training programs for developing the


skills of employees
The HRM department must evaluate the practices and activities
of the employees in the form of official reports at least every six
months
The employees must be motivated to do their best in case of
solving the customers problem quickly without wasting their
times and opportunities
The head of Axis Alpha Logistics Services shall create general
meeting once a week or in a month for understanding the
transparency working process of all the employees that whether
the HR department practices and functions are going clearly on
the base of pre- planned objectives of the organization or not

effective plans, policies and strategies which can
motivate the employees in order to do their best efforts
as to achieve the final objectives of not only the HR
department but also the final objectives of the
organization.
