1.DIGITAL ACCESS.

Technology users need to have in mind that not all have the same
opportunities when it comes to technology . Working for the equality
of digital rights and supporting the access to electronic is the
starting point of digital citizenship .the exclusion of digital leads to
the difficulty of growth in the society increasingly using these tools .

2. DIGITAL
COMMERCE .
Digital commerce can be explained as the electronic buying and selling
of goods .
Digital users need to be fully aware that large share of the market
economy is being done electronically .legal and legitimate exchanges
are happening ,but the consumers and providers of services need to be
aware of the problems associated with it .technology users need to be
learn how to be very effective consumers in a modern digital economy .

3. DIGITAL
COMMUNICATION
Digital communication can be defined as electronic exchange of
information .
Back in the 19th century ,forms of communication were very
limited . that all changed in the 21st century when
communication options were exploded to offer a wide variety of
choices [for example ,e-mail ,cellular phones ,instant messaging
]

4. DIGITAL LITERACY
Digital literacy is the process of teaching and learning about
technology and the use of technology .
A renewed focus must be done on which technologies have to
be taught as well how it should be used. Learners and students
must be taught on how to learn in a digital advanced society .as
new technologies are developed ,students and learners need to
be taught how to use them .

5.DIGITAL ETIQUETTE.
Digital etiquette is the electronic standards of conduct or procedure .
Digital users usually see this as one of the problems when dealing
with digital citizenship , before people use technology they need to
know the appropriate conduct of using it .many digital users feel
uncomfortable talking to others about their digital etiquette.
Creating rules and requlations is not enough we must teach people
to be responsible digital citizens in this new morden society .

6. DIGITAL LAW
Digital law refers to electronic responsibilities for actions
and deeds .
It deals with the policies and ethics of technology within a
society . unethical use can manifests itself in the form of
theft and crime . People need to have in mind that stealing
other peoples work ,identity online is a very serious crime .

7. DIGITAL RIGHTS
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
.
Digital rights and responsibilities are those freedoms extended
to everyone in a digital world .
With rights also come responsibility as well ,for example digital
citizens have the right to privacy, free speech , digital citizens
must be able to help define the technology is to be used in an
appropriate manner . In this new society these two must work
hand in hand for people to be productive .

9 .DIGITAL SECURITY
[SELF PROTECTION ]
Digital security can be defined as electronic precautions to
guarantee safety .
In every society they are those who steal , deface other
people . The same is happening in the digital community .as
responsible digital citizens we must be able to protect our
important information from outside forces that may cause harm
to us if it ends up in the wrong hands .

8. DIGITAL HEALTH AND


WELLNESS .
Can be defined as physical and psychological well-being in a
digital technology world .
Eye safety ,repetitive stress syndrome are some of the issues
that need to be solved in a new technological world . they are
also psychological issues such as internet addiction . Digital
users need to know that there are inherent dangers of
technology .
