"Now it shall come to pass, if you
diligently obey the voice of the
LORD your God, to observe

which I command you today,

you high above all nations of the
earth.

"And all these blessings shall

come upon you and
overtake you, because you
obey the voice of the LORD
your God:
"Blessed shall you be in the
city, and blessed shall you
be in the country.

Shining face and lifted

countenance of God
The shining face of God is the
grace of God. It is God being
happy with one.
His lifted countenance is His
mercy and protection.
The enemy may curse and let
them curse but if God blesses
you, you are blessed. Ps. 109:28
