Our 28 Regions are grouped under four geographic
Areas.
Americas:Our Americas Area comprises 11 Regions and
nearly 45,000 people. The workplace culture of the
Americas Area is regularly recognized by organizations
such as the Great Place to Work Institute and Universum,
which frequently place EY near the top of their lists for
countries across the region.
Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA):Our
EMEIA Area brings together more than 73,000 people
from 12 Regions across Europe, the Middle East, India
and Africa. Creating EMEIA cemented our reputation as
the most globally integrated organization in our field.

GLOBAL STRUCTURE
Asia-Pacific:Asia-Pacific brings together more than
27,000 people across five Regions. We believe that much
of our clients and our own future growth will come from
the region and our Asia-Pacific Area will enable us to
better serve clients looking to invest in or grow across
the region.
Japan:Our Japan Area employs more than 6,500
professionals and works with many of Japans best-known
companies across the financial, manufacturing and
electronics sectors. It also acts as the hub for our Japan
Business Services network nearly 350 Japanesespeaking professionals based in 60 cities around the
globe who serve Japanese clients operating overseas.

The Executive includes our global leadership,
governance bodies and our four geographic
Areas.
Working together they oversee our global
strategy, brand, business planning, investments

Carmine is responsible for global business

Dave is the Global Vice Chair of Finance and CFO

Felice Persico

Felice leads the Global Assurance service line,
which is composed of nearly 70,000 people
worldwide, and has the overall responsibility

Area Managing Partner
EMEIA
Mark leads our Europe, Middle East, India and
Africa (EMEIA) Area, which is made up of more
than 80,000 people across 98 countries. He also
serves as Senior Advisory Partner on many
larger clients across EMEIA.
When we formed our EMEIA in 2008 to better
serve clients across borders, it marked the first
time that any of the Big Four professional
services organization achieved integration on
this scale.

Stephen Howe Jr
Area Managing Partner
Steve leads our Americas Area, which is made
up
of more than 58,000 people in 30 countries.

He is our Managing Partner of Ernst & Young LLP
in the US and chairs the EY Americas Operating
Executive and the US Board. Steve also
represents Ernst & Young LLP in its regulatory
relationships and as Executive Sponsor for

Area Managing Partner AsiaPacific
Steven leads the 32,000 people
across 22 countries who make
up our Asia-Pacific Area.

Scott Halliday
Area Managing Partner
Scott has over 30 years experience serving
Japan
large multinationals and entrepreneurial
companies across a broad range of sectors. He
joined our audit practice in 1982 and became a
partner in 1993.

Uschi Schreiber
Global Vice Chair Markets and Chair
of Global Accounts Committee
Uschi serves as the Chair of our Global Accounts
Committee. She is also our Global Markets
Leader, responsible for the organization's
globally integrated go-to-market approach.

Rajiv Memani
Chairman of the Global
Emerging
Markets
Committee
In his role as Chairman of the Global Emerging Markets
committee, Rajiv's responsibilities include connecting
emerging markets with developed markets, ensuring that
emerging markets' voice is considered in all key
decisions, and recommending investment plans for the
emerging markets. Together with Albert Ng from China,
Rajiv represents the emerging markets on the GE. Rajiv is
also our India Regional Managing Partner.

Emerging Markets Committee
Albert represents the emerging markets on the
Member
Global Executive, alongside Rajiv Memani. He is
also EY's Greater China Regional Managing
Partner.

Juliana Pereira
Client-serving Partner
Juliana is a Partner in EYs Advisory Risk
practice in So Paulo, Brazil. She joined EY in
1997 as a trainee and has been a partner since
2011. In addition to holding key client-serving
roles on significant projects, Julianas
responsibilities include being the Regional
Quality and Risk Management Leader for
Advisory for the South America Region (SAR).
