for nuclear weapons

test due to which western sanctions were

Saudi Arabia supplied free to Pakistan 50,000 barrels of oil per

day

weapons to Saudi Arabia at short notice.

A complicating factor on the horizon is the warming
up of ties between Saudi Arabia and India. The
Kingdom is Indias largest supplier of crude oil and
host to more than a million workers. Symbolizing a
new interest in India, in 2005 King Abdullah
witnessed the Republic Day military parade from the
Red Fort in Delhi. Recently Narindar Modi has been
awarded the highest civil award of Saudi Arabia.
