Add 250L of Assay Buffer to the vial, vortex & let stand
at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Pipet 75L of Assay Buffer into tubes #2-#7
Carefully add 75L of the SOD calibrator from the vial to
tube #2 & vortex completely
Repeat this tubes #2-#7
The activity of SOD in the SOD Calibrator vial tubes 2
through 7 will be 4,2,1,0.5, 0.25, 0.125 and 0.0625U/mL
