Define a Problem: Internal IPQA found the Back Side ejector pin
Low -0.018 (Spec :- 0/-0.010)
After Part Send to Machining Process , After
Incomplete Screw On Backside.

Casting Part

After Machining

Investigate Cause :1. Machine Parameter

2. Ejector Pin Size
3. Ejection Spring Damaged

Solution (Action Plan) :1. Machine Parameter:Change the Machine

Parameter After Also Not Ok , Pin Low above the Spec

2. Ejection Pin Size:Down the Mold and Check the

Pin Length ,Length Also Ok.

3. Ejector Spring Damage:-

After Check the

Spring In Fixed Side One Spring
Was Damaged , After Change the
Spring .

Verify / Validate : Come On One Conclusion Due to Spring only ,

the Ejector Pin Low in Fixed Side.
Mold Up after Change the Spring.
Verify the Shot , the Ejector Pin Spec Within
the Limit , After Continuous the Production.

Conclusion :

E-Pin Non-Machining Area All Pin Control Within Spec.

We Change the All Spring in Fix side.
