CHILDREN (LCPC)
WHAT IS LCPC?
Basically it is an institutional
mechanism in the LGU that
facilitates
and
implements
childrens programs.
It is a council organized in all
levels (Prov, City, Municipality and
Barangay) that serves as the
umbrella
organization
for
childrens concerns.
It is a council fully harnessed to be
an efficient and effective advocate
of child rights, and implementor of
all childrens programs in the
GUIDING
LAWS

The Philippine National Strategic
Framework for Plan Development for
Children

PPAC, a 25-year strategic framework
for planning. programs and
