A Korean Dessert Caf that consists of snow ice with a variety of

a sweet toppings. They sell it using display each type of dessert,
screen of the picture in front of the caf to attract people, and
have a promotion for a weekdays. The place is cozy and designed
minimalist elements.

Bad Merchandising

Twelve Cupcakes

They dont have any cupcakes to display to attract people come & see, they
cant upsell if theres some of the cupcakes left, theres no server/worker
trying to sell cupcakes, no special to attract customer.
