Problem 1. Malnutrition

Malnutrition is the most proprietary

problem of the nation. More than
42.5% of Indians are malnourished.
How to solve??
----Lets See

Mind Map

Brain Storming

Malnutrition or malnourishment is a condition that results from eating a diet in which

nutrients are either not enough or are too much such that the diet causes health
problems

Symptoms of malnutrition depends upon the nutrients he/she is lacking. Like low blood
sugar, body temperature, dehydration etc.

Breastfeeding can reduce rates of malnutrition and death in children, and efforts to
promote the practice increase the rates of breastfeeding.

Manufacturers should fortify everyday foods with micronutrients that can be sold to
consumers

Another possible long term solution would be to increase access to health facilities to
rural parts of the world.

Maintaining a proper diet and eating the right food

System Thinking

There are many ways in which malnutrition can be removed. For

starters, government must start 1000 day window. People must
focus on girls health, because they are the feeders. The government
sector must coordinate with each other and devote funds through
network programs. On an individual scale one must develop
healthier food system and scale up direct interventions where they
work. One must lessen the consumption of junk food and
concentrate on the healthy foods.

PROBLEM 2. Teenage
Suicide
One of the most common
problem in our country is
teenage suicide.
.Lets see how to reduce
them!!

Mind Mapping

Brain Storming

Suicide is the third-leading cause of death for 15- to 24-year-olds

It may be due to problems at school, a breakup with a boyfriend or

girlfriend, the death of a loved one or a major family conflict.

Guns in homes should be unloaded, locked, and kept out of the

reach of children and teens

It's important to monitor carefully all medications in your home as

to prevent teenagers from overdosing from the prescribed or non
prescribed drugs

System Thinking

Teen age suicides are easy to stop if we give a little bit of attention
and care towards them. One must identify the symptom at early
stages and give proper motivation and counselling to the person.
The first step starts from home, parents must involve with children
in their daily life and interact frequently. A good moral example
provided by family strengthens the back of a teenager. On top of
that the school or college must take steps to ensure that ragging is
not practised. Of course, support from friends plays a vital role in
reducing teenage suicide.
