Pengenalan
Capsicum annuum merupakan tanaman penghasil
Metode
Proseduralnya dilakukan dengan:
Sebanyak 100 mg sampel saos cabai ditambah 5001000 L kloroform dalam tabung Eppendorf 1,5 mL,
kapsaisin diekstraksi dengan cara di-vorteks selama 5
menit.
Dilakukan sentrifugasi pada 2000rpm selama 5menit
Supernatan dipisahkan dan dikisatkan
Residue dilarutkan dengan 1000l metanol
Larutan disaring dan disuntik dalam KCKT
