SUGGESTION
From the cases we can conclude that, as nurses
we have to do the planning before the patients go
home. The planning aims to assist patient and
families in order to do self-care to increase healthstatus optimally. After that we can check patients of
family which will have to get verbal or written
instructions
about
nursing
interventions,
medication and activities that can do at home. If
symptoms occur or unexpected condition should be
able to make contact with the health service.
