Summary of Pre Refarming Opti

TRX cut

587 TRX cut performed which represent 16.5% of total TRX in Eastern & Southern
region.
SDCCH signaling channel re-dimensioned to allow more traffic channel for TRX cut.
943 out of 2063 SD channel cut. No SD blocking observed.

Neighbour Analysis
Based on one week HO stats coincide with MR collection
2688 redundant NBR relation deleted.

Cell shaping
Based on MR and TA analysis, 11 worst cells performed cell shaping to reduce interference
to adjacent cell for better frequency plan.
